Kossar ~ Kislev MDPS

In times of war the winged lancers ride out and win glory on the battlefield; their valor earns them much praise and songs of honor. But there are those who shed blood on Kislev’s behalf even though they are not bound to fight, those who die and sacrifice much and receive no praise. The only songs that will ever be sung in their name are funeral dirges, and perhaps if they are lucky a local bard’s tale. They are the kossars of Kislev, the common folk who inhabit the villages and countryside. They do not fight because their profession demands it, they fight because their way of life necessitates it. When war comes to Kislev, they are honor-bound to fight for their tsardom. Kislev is their mother, and they her proud sons; when war comes to Kislev, they do not hesitate to answer the call to rise to her defense.

Mechanic – Will of the Wild

  • You hone in on your survival skills and focus on your target learning their behaviors and mannerisms as you fight. You mark your targets with your Wild Focus and while fighting your targeted enemy you build your martial skill and accumulate Command of the Wild points. The Command of the Wild pool numbers from 0-100 and will decay if you are not fighting an enemy you have marked with your Wild Focus; this pool of points can be used for powerful attacks.

Mastery Trees

  • Harvest Plains – You focus on toe-to-toe combat, intently focusing on your enemy’s every move.
  • Burning Steppes – You act like the flame across the steppes spreading damage everywhere.
  • Winter Woods – You assume the nature of a winter stalker and attack your prey from behind.

R1. Throwing Knife <Core Ability> A basic throwing attack that inflicts ‘x’ damage. 20AP, 1s Cast, No CD, 65ft Range

R1. Harvest Blade <Harvest Plains> You cut at your enemy, reaping their pain and dealing ‘x’ damage to them. 30AP, Instant Cast, No CD

R1. Wild Focus <Core Ability> You mark your target with your attentive gaze allowing you to build Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, 3s Cooldown

R2. Reaper’s Cut <Harvest Plains> You slice twice across your enemy’s chest dealing ‘x’ damage with each hit. 45AP, Instant Cast, 3s CD

R3. Thistle Foot <Winter Woods> You dig your blade into your enemy’s foot leaving an open wound which will cause them to suffer ‘x’ damage every second they are moving; this effect lasts 10 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 10s CD.

R4. Hide Skinner <Winter Woods> You get behind your target and glide your blade across their flesh separating it from the muscle beneath, dealing ‘x’ damage to your target. This ability will ignore all toughness. Target must be facing away from you. 40AP, Instant Cast, No CD

R5. Scathe the Land <Burning Steppes> You cut a small path in front of you dealing ‘x’ damage to all targets 25 feet in front of you. 45AP, Instant Cast, No CD

R6. Husk Burner <Burning Steppes> You attack all targets up to 30 feet in front of you dealing ‘x’ damage per second for 8 seconds. 35AP, Instant Cast, 10s CD

R7. Sun-Hardened <Burning Steppes> Your skin knows the hardship of spending many hours toiling the land. Your toughness is increased by ‘x’ for every enemy within 25 feet of you for 10 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 25s CD

R8. Sever Nerve <Archetype Morale 1> A directed strike which deals 1200 damage to your target.

R8. Hunter’s Blade <Winter Woods> You hone in on your hunter’s skills increasing your weapon skill by ‘x’ for 10 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 25s CD

R9. Spry Steps <Harvest Plains> You fill your soul with the fleet spirit of the wild horses, increasing your initiative by ‘x’ for 10 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 25s CD

R10. Charge <Core Ability> You charge into the thick of battle, increasing your movement speed by 50% for 7 seconds. If you use any abilities this effect will immediately end. No Cost, Instant Cast, 30s CD

R10. Tame the Wild <Core Ability> Detaunts all enemies within 30 feet, making them to hate you less and causing them to deal 50% less damage to you for 15 seconds. If you attack anyone you have detaunted, the effect will immediately end. 20AP, Instant Cast, 15s CD

R11. Breath of the North <Racial Tactic> Every attack has a 25% chance to deal an additional ‘x’ elemental damage.

R12. Force of Will <Archetype Morale 2> You stare down your opponent draining 200 of their Action Points into yourself, and reducing their strength by 160 for 30 seconds.

R12. Reclaim the Wild <Core Ability> You convert your Command of the Wild points into Action Points.

R13. Jagged Edge <Archetype Tactic> Any time you critically hit an enemy they will begin to bleed, suffering additional 609 corporeal damage over 9 seconds.

R14. Reap the Rewards <Harvest Plains> You thrust your axes into your opponent with deft skill dealing ‘x’ damage. This ability requires at least 25 Command of the Wild points. This ability’s damage will increase by ‘x’ for every additional 25 Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, No CD

R15. Sustained Temperament <Tactic> Sun-Hardened, Hunter’s Blade, and Spry Steps last 10 seconds longer and cost 10 AP less.

R16. Confusing Movements <Archetype Morale 1> Concentrating on your perceived movements, you will be able to Dodge and Parry all attacks against you for 10 seconds.

R16. Despoiled Lands <Burning Steppes> You unleash the sorrow of the burning lands and deal ‘x’ damage to all enemies within 30 feet of you. This ability requires at least 25 Command of the Wild points. This ability’s damage will increase by ‘x’ for every additional 25 Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, No CD

R17. Winter’s Domain <Racial Tactic> Your elemental resistance is increased by 252.

R18. Winter’s Throes <Core Ability> You channel the thaw of winter and free yourself of any roots and snares which may be holding you back. For the next 10 seconds, snares and roots will have no effect on you. 45AP, Instant Cast, 60s CD

R19. Brute Force <Archetype Tactic> Increases your Strength by 160

R20. Relentless Assault <Archetype Morale 2> A prolonged fervor that grants 10 Action Points to everyone in your group within 100 feet for 10 seconds.

R20. Winter Stalker <Winter Woods> You leap behind your target and cut them down from behind dealing ‘x’ damage and increasing your auto-attack speed by 10% for 8 seconds. Target must be facing away from you. This ability requires at least 25 Command of the Wild points. The duration of this ability’s effect will increase by 2 seconds for every additional 25 Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, No CD

R21. Labors of the Field <Tactic> Harvest Blade and Reaper’s Cut cost 10 Action Points less.

R23. Tsarina’s Resolve <Racial Tactic> Your chance to be critically hit is 5% lower.

R24. Broad Swings <Archetype Morale 3> All of your attacks for the next 10 seconds will strike up to 2 additional enemies within 25 feet in front of you.

R25. Flanking <Archetype Tactic> All of your attacks deal 15% more damage when you strike an enemy from the sides or rear.

R25. Mishandled <Harvest Plains> You catch your enemy off guard and send their weapon flying from their hands. You deal ‘x’ damage and disarm your target for 4 seconds preventing them from using ranged or melee attacks. 45AP, Instant Cast, 15s CD

R27. Endless Devastation <Tactic> Despoiled Land and Scathe the Land have their range increased by 15 feet.

R28. Ursun Hide <Kossar Morale 1> You gain a 1,200 absorb shield for 10 seconds.

R29. Riposte <Archetype Tactic> Each time you parry an enemy’s attack, you will strike them back for 274 damage which they can not prevent.

R30. Susceptibility <Burning Steppes> The flames of Drazh weaken your enemies as you spread devastation across the land. You deal ‘x’ damage to all targets 30 feet in front of you and reduce their initiative by ‘x’ for 10 seconds. 50AP, Instant Cast, 15s CD

R31. Touch of Wilderness <Tactic> On critical hits you gain 50 points of morale. This ability cannot proc more than once every 3 seconds.

R32. Mark of the Bear <Kossar Morale 2> For the next 7 seconds you cannot be critically hit.

R33. Quick Learner <Tactic> If any of your attacks are defended, your next attack is undefendable.

R35. Faulty Overreach <Winter Woods> You cut at your enemy’s exposed side. You deal ‘x’ damage to your target and reduce their change to critically hit by 10% for 10 seconds. Target must be facing away from you. 45AP, Instant Cast, 20s CD

R35. Kislev Rewards <Tactic> Abilities which consume Command of the Wild points have a 20% chance to not consume any.

R36. Steppe Stalker <Kossar Morale 3> You leap 30 feet at your target dealing 1000 damage and knocking them down for 2 seconds.

R37. Critical Maneuver <Tactic> Faulty Overreach will also decrease your target’s critical damage by 20%

R39. Natural Instinct <Tactic> You gain Command of the Wild points 20% faster.

R40. Frenzied Slaughter <Archetype Morale 4> All of your abilities will cost 25% fewer action points, cool down 50% faster, and deal 20% more damage for 7 seconds.

R40. Cut Through the Winds <Core Ability> Your chance to disrupt attacks is increased by 50% for the next 8 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast 30s CD

Harvest Plains

R3. A Grim Reaping <Tactic> Reap the Rewards will almost always critically hit.

R5. Autumn’s Withering – Wild Focus will now cause your marked target to lose 20 Action Points every 4 seconds as long as they are within 30 feet of you. You may only have one Wild Focus enhancement active. 50AP, Instant Cast, 5s CD

R7. Autumn’s Harvest <Tactic> Half of the action points drained by Autumn’s Withering go to you and the rate of Action Point drain is increased to 30/4 seconds.

R9. Deflective Reflexes – You increase your chance to parry by 20% for 10 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 20s CD

R11. Son of Kislev <Tactic> All Harvest Plains abilities have a 10% higher chance to critically hit and deal 20% more critical damage.

R13. Culling Shot – You take aim with your firearm and shoot at your target up to 55 feet away dealing ‘x’ damage. This ability requires at least 25 Command of the Wild points. This ability’s range will increase by 5 feet for every additional 25 Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, No CD

R15. Separate the Chaff <Morale 4> You deal 1,800 damage to your target and reduce their strength and toughness by 200.

Burning Steppes

R3. All Consuming Flames <Tactic> Husk Burner and Embers on the Wind now deal elemental damage and bypass 50% of the victim’s resistances.

R5. Embers on the Wind – Wild Focus will now cause your target to take ‘x’ elemental damage every 3 seconds if they are within 30 feet of you, and deal ‘x’ damage to all enemies within 25 feet of your target. 50AP, Instant Cast, 5s CD

R7. Lingering Vulnerability <Tactic> Susceptibility deals 100% more damage and lasts 20 seconds.

R9. Hunter’s Flight – For the next 10 seconds your group’s movement speed is increased by 15%. 40AP, Instant Cast, 40s CD

R11. Hardened by Fire <Tactic> Your armor is increased by ‘x’

R13. Fragmented Shot – You take aim with your firearm and shoot at your target up to 80 feet away dealing ‘x’ damage to your target and all enemies within 15 feet of them. This ability requires at least 25 Command of the Wild points. This ability’s area-of-effect range will increase by 5 feet for every additional 25 Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, No CD

R15. Thrashing <Morale 4> For the next 5 seconds you lash out at all target 40 feet in front of you dealing 600 damage per second.

Winter Woods

R3. Seasoned Predator <Tactic> You suffer 50% less damage from attacks to your rear.

R5. Winter’s Restraint – Wild Focus will now give you a 20% chance to snare your target by 40% for 6 seconds if you attack them from behind. 50AP, Instant Cast, 5s CD

R7. Soul of the Snow Leopard <Tactic> Winter Stalker’s auto-attack buff is increased to 20% and lasts 12 seconds.

R9. Purge the Dark Winds – You attack your enemy filling them with a pure flame. You deal ‘x’ damage to your target and decrease the amount they will heal by 50% for 10 seconds. 35AP, Instant Cast, 15s CD

R11. Prey on the Feeble <Tactic> Winter’s Restraint has its chance to proc increased to 30% and its duration increased to 9 seconds.

R13. Ursun Reward – You take aim with your firearm and shoot your target up to 65 feet away dealing ‘x’ damage per second for 10 seconds; you are healed for the damage dealt. This ability requires at least 25 Command of the Wild points. This ability’s duration will increase by 2 seconds for every additional 25 Command of the Wild points. No Cost, Instant Cast, No CD

R15. Searing Thrust <Morale 4> You deal 1,200 damage to your target and reduce their armor by 1,600 for 10 seconds.
