  • Whalers are among the few Norscan warriors bold enough to venture into the dark seas of the north, though their travels are made easier with the company of their powerful Norscan Wolves – always by the Whalers side ready to assist in the kill. Whalers can summon their Norscan Wolf to their side and switch between stances to better shape the synergy between man and beast.

R1. Sheering Slice <Spearer> You thrust your harpoon at your enemy, dealing ‘x’ damage.  30AP, Instant Cast, No CD, 5ft Range

R1. Harpoon Launch <Harpooner> You hurl your harpoon at your enemy dealing ‘x’ damage. 40AP, 2s Cast, No CD, 100ft Range

R1. Summon Norscan Wolf <Core Ability> Raised from a pup, your Norscan Wolf is ever faithful to you. You summon a Norscan Wolf to fight by your side. 30AP, Instant Cast, 5s CD.

R1. Deathstalker <Spearer> You and your Norscan Wolf assume a stance where you get in for the close kill. Your ballistics skill is converted to strength and your chance to parry attacks is increased by 5%. Your Norscan Wolf’s toughness and initiative are increased by ‘x’ and they gain the ability to: attack multiple targets in front of them (No CD), to inflict an open wound which inflicts ‘x’ damage per second for 5 seconds (5s CD), and a burst of damage (10s CD).

R2. Nearer the Kill <Hauler> You draw closer to your target allowing you to attack your enemy faster, dealing ‘x’ damage. 35AP, 1s Cast, No CD, 60ft Range

R3. Grazed Bleeder <Harpooner> You throw your harpoon aiming for your opponents side, causing your enemy to suffer ‘x’ damage every second for 14 seconds. 30AP, Instant Cast, No CD, 100ft Range

R4. Don’t Fight It <Spearer> You thrust your harpoon at your enemy’s bicep leaving a deep wound that causing your enemy to suffer ‘x’ damage every second they use a melee skill; this effect lasts for 10 seconds. 35AP, Instant Cast, 3s CD, 5ft Range

R5. Hauling Anchor <Hauler> You throw your harpoon at your enemy’s legs with a heavy shaft in tow, you deal ‘x’ damage to your target and reduce their movement speed by 40% for 10 seconds. This ability will continue to build while moving. 35AP, 1.5s Cast, 15s CD, 60ft Range

R5. Bloodstalker <Hauler> You and your Norscan Wolf assume a stance which allows for versatility. Your chance to be blocked is reduced by 10%. Your Norscan Wolf’s wounds are increased by ‘x’ and they gain to: hit a target twice (No CD), interrupt an enemy (5s CD), and to lower your enemy’s chance to dodge attacks by 5% for 10 seconds (10s CD).

R6. Irontip Hidebreaker <Harpooner> You select a harpoon with a heavy iceforged-iron head. You deal ‘x’ damage to your enemy and reduce their armor by ‘x’ for 10 seconds.  40AP, 1.5s Cast, 5s CD, 100ft Range

R7. Sons of the Sea <Detaunt> You detaunt your target, making them to hate you and your pet less and causing them to deal 50% less damage to you and your pet for 15 seconds. If you attack anyone you have detaunted, the effect will immediately end. 20AP, Instant Cast, 15s CD, 100ft Range

R8. Closing In On The Kill <Core Ability> Your speed is increased by 20% for 10 seconds. 45AP, Instant Cast, 60s CD.

R8. Point Blank <Archtype Morale 1> A mid-range attack that deals 600 damage and knocks targeted player away. Monsters will be knocked down.

R9. Splintering Shaft <Hauler> You throw a harpoon with a solid head but purposefully brittle shaft at your enemy so that it breaks up upon impact; you deal ‘x’ damage to your enemy and increase the build-time of their abilities by 1 second – this effect lasts 7 seconds. 40AP, 1.5s Cast, 30s CD, 60ft Range

R10. Sense the Fear <Core Ability> Your pets speed is increased by 50% and their chance to dodge by 20% for 15 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 60s CD

R10. Feed Off the Fat <Core Ability> Your pet heals for ‘x’ every second for 10 seconds. 25AP, Instant Cast, 45s CD

R10. Denstalker <Harpooner> You and your Norscan Wolf assume a stance where your wolf protects you at all costs. Your chance to be setback by enemy attacks is 25% lower and your chance to dodge and disrupt enemy attacks 5% higher. Your wolf’s strength and weapons kill is increased by ‘x’ and they gain the ability to: attack the enemy nearest you (No CD), snare the enemy nearest you (5s CD), and taunt an enemy attacking you (10s CD).

R11. Raider’s Blood <Racial Tactic> Your movement speed is increased by 5%

R12. Unshakable Focus <Archtype Morale 2> A cold unyielding focus causes all of your attacks to deal 100% more damage for 7 seconds.

R12. Sea Legs <Core Ability> All enemies within 30 feet become Rooted, making them unable to move for 10 seconds. Rooted targets have a 50% chance to break free when they suffer damage. 25AP, Instant Cast, 30s CD

R13. Expert Skirmisher <Archtype Tactic> Your abilities will cast 50% faster if you are under 20 feet from your target.

R14. Sea Chill <Spearer> You slam your harpoon across your enemy’s arm sending a chill down their nerves, dealing ‘x’ damage to your enemy and disarming them for 4 seconds. 35AP, Instant Cast, 30s CD, 5ft Range

R15. Got My Back <Tactic> If your pet is within 20 feet of you, you have a 20% lower chance of being dodged and a 10% higher chance to dodge enemy attacks.

R16.Tear It Off <Spearer> Your wolf digs their teeth into your enemy’s shield arm dealing ‘x’ damage and lowering their chance to block by 10% for 10 seconds.  30AP, Instant Cast, 20s CD

R16. Concealment <Archtype Morale 1> With luck and experience you are able to Dodge all range attacks and Disrupt all magic attacks against you for 7 seconds.

R17. Ancestral Offering <Racial Tactic> Your spirit resistance is increased by 252.

R18. Barbed Lure <Hauler> You throw a harpoon at your enemy with barbs at the base of the spearhead, causing your enemy to suffer ‘x’ damage every second they are moving; this effect lasts 10 seconds. 45AP, Instant Cast, 30s CD, 60ft Range

R19. Masterful Aim <Archtype Tactic> Increases your Ballistic Skill by 160

R20. Focused Mind <Archtype Morale 2> For the next 10 seconds you will remove and ignore any silencing, disarming, rooting, snaring effects and your abilities will build 50% faster and may not be set back.

R20. Hunting With the Pack <Core Ability> The costs of your group’s abilities is lowered by 20% for 10 seconds 50AP, Instant Cast, 60s CD

R21. Choice Cut <Tactic> Sheering Slice will also decrease your enemy’s weapon skill by ‘x’ for 10 seconds.

R23. Breath of Heroes <Racial Tactic> Upon receiving a direct heal, you have a 20% chance to recover 30 action points.

R24. Explosive Shots <Archtype Morale 3> All of your range attacks will explode for the next 10 seconds, dealing 300 damage to all enemies within 20 feet of your target. This effect will not trigger more than once every second.

R25. Clever Recovery <Archtype Tactic> If an enemy dodges any of your attacks, you will regain 75 Action Points. This effect will not trigger more than once every three seconds.

R25. Shoulder Piercer <Harpooner> You take aim for your enemy’s shoulder and hurl your harpoon with great might, dealing ‘x’ damage and decreasing your targets strength and ballistic skill by ‘x’ for 10 seconds. 35AP, 1s Cast, 10s CD, 100ft Range

R27. Unclosing Wound <Tactic> Grazed Bleeder now lasts 20 seconds and will drain 10 points of morale per second.

R28. Whale’s Tale <Whaler Morale 1> Your attacks cannot be blocked for 8 seconds.

R29. Piercing Defenses <Archtype Tactic> If an enemy blocks, dodges, or parries any of your attacks, their chances to block, dodge, and parry will be reduced by 15% for 10 seconds.

R30. Bleed ‘Im Dry <Harpooner> You order your pet to bite viciously at your target’s exposed flesh causing your enemy to suffer ‘x’ damage and to lose 20 Action Points per second for the next 10 seconds. 30AP, Instant Cast, 20s CD,

R31. Staked <Tactic> Splintering Shaft will now increase the build times of your target’s abilities by 2 seconds and its duration is increased to 10 seconds.

R32. Stormy Spear <Whaler Morale 2> You deal 1,200 damage to all enemies 60 feet in front of you.

R33. White Whale <Tactic> Damage reduction abilities are 50% less effective against you.

R35. Fresh Kill <Tactic> Whenever you land a kill blow your wolf regains full health.

R35. Seaspear <Hauler> With the might that is required to survive the seas, you launch your harpoon at your enemy dealing ‘x’ damage and ignoring their toughness. 35AP, 1s Cast, No CD, 60ft Range.

R36. Tidal Impact <Whaler Morale 3> All enemies within 35 feet of you are knocked down for 3 seconds.

R37. Weather the Storm Alone <Tactic> Your damage is increased by 25% if your pet is not active.

R39. Man’s Best Friend <Tactic> While your pet is alive you gain 20 Action Points every 4 seconds, but if your pet dies you lose 80 Action Points.

R40. Weighed Netting <Spearer> You throw a heavy net at your enemies causing all enemies in a 30 foot circle to have their movement speed reduced by 40% for 10 seconds. 45AP, Instant Cast, 30s CD, 40ft Range

R40. Hail of Doom <Archtype Morale 4> You focus on a spot on the ground, shooting arrows at that spot every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds, hitting all enemies within 20 feet of that area for 300 damage as long as you maintain your concentration.

Harpooner

R3. Den-Mother <Tactic> While Denstalker is active, there is a 20% chance your Norscan Wolf will take 25% of the damage directed towards you.

R5. Double Hook – You throw a harpoon with two hooks on its head, dealing ‘x’ damage to your target and reducing their weapon skill by ‘x’ for 10 seconds. 35AP, 1.5s Cast, 10s CD, 100ft Range

R7. Serrated Hooks <Tactic> Double Hook lasts 20 seconds and will also increase the chance that your target is critically hit by 5%

R9. Bring ‘Im Down – You order your wolf to leap upon your target, knocking them down for 3 seconds. This ability is undefendable. 35AP, Instant Cast, 30s CD

R11. Seasoned Sailor <Tactic> Your chance to critically hit with ranged abilities is increased by 10%.

R13. Eye of the Whaler – With a keen eye you launch your harpoon into the air sending it sailing for your enemy dealing ‘x’ damage. 45AP, 3s Cast, No CD, 150ft Range

R15. Kraken Slayer <Morale 4> You deal 2.4k damage to your target and reduce the effectiveness of incoming healing spells by 50% for 10 seconds.

Hauler

R3. Hand of Blood <Tactic> Bloodstalker will increase your block strike-through an additional 5% if your target is under 30 feet of you, and an additional 5% if your target is under 30 feet of your wolf.

R5. Salt on the Wounds – You throw a salty harpoon at your enemy dealing ‘x’ damage and reducing the effectiveness of incoming healing spells by 50% for 10 seconds. 35AP, 1s Cast, No CD, 60ft Range

R7. Eyes on the Horizon <Tactic> All Hauler abilities have their range increased 25 feet.

R9. Hook and Anchor – You throw a harpoon at your enemy with a weighed rope in tow, dealing ‘x’ damage to your target and causing them to be rooted in a 10 foot circle for 10 seconds. 30AP, 1s Cast, 20s CD, 60ft Range

R11. Arm of Manaan <Tactic> Seaspear will build while moving.

R13. Haul It In – You throw a harpoon at your target with a long line in tow, dealing ‘x’ damage to your target and pulling them to you. 40AP, 2s Cast, 30s CD, 60ft Range

R15. Icebreaker <Morale 4> You deal 1.8k damage to all enemies 60 feet in front of you and reduce their elemental resistance by ‘x’ for 10 seconds.

Spearer

R3. Kraken’s Venom <Tactic> All melee attacks have a 20% chance to deal an additional ‘x’ corporeal damage.

R5. Go for the Throat! – You order your wolf to leap for your target’s throat, dealing ‘x’ damage and silencing them for 4 seconds. 40AP, Instant Cast, 30s CD

R7. Wrist Snap <Tactic> Tear It Off! now lasts 20 seconds and reduces your target’s chance to block by 15%.

R9. For the Kill! – If your target is under 50% you and your pet jointly attack dealing ‘x’ damage. 50AP, Instant Cast, 10s CD, 5ft Range

R11. As One! <Tactic> As long as your pet is alive your chance to critically hit with melee attacks is increased by 5% and your chance to parry is increased by 10%

R13. Bloodscent – Your pet’s damage is increased by 100% for 10 seconds. 45AP, Instant Cast, 60s CD

R15. Call of the Moons <Morale 4> Unleashing a howl, your pet summons 5 additional wolves to fight alongside your pet.
